• This hotel is approximately 2.1 miles from the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel and Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts, where most conference events will be held.
• The special SEJ rate is $209.00 plus taxes in a club room with a queen bed and $239 plus taxes for a superior room with a queen bed and pull-out sofa sleeper. There are a limited number of rooms with the pull-out sofa sleeper. Discounted rooms are available from April 2 – April 6.
• Reservations can be made online here or by calling the Hotel’s Room Reservations Department at (203) 905-2100 and requesting the SEJ rate.
• The deadline to make reservations at the conference discounted rate is March 22. However, rooms will sell out prior to the cutoff date so don’t delay. A one-night deposit with a credit card is required at the time of booking.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
• Parking is available at a discounted rate through Parkway Liberty Place Garage.
