You choose the topic, restaurant and menu. SEJ will advertise your dinner event in the agenda (website, app, PDF), and promote it to the attendees. You decide whether it is a hosted or no-host dinner and control the RSVP list. Spots are limited!

RETURN SHIPPING
Return packages must have return shipping labels clearly affixed to outgoing parcel. Pick-up must be arranged by clients directly with their shipping provider, for Tuesday, April 9. Return Packages will be staged at our loading dock for pick-up.

The Society of Environmental Journalists and The Uproot Project are partnering to offer diversity fellowships (worth up to $2800) to support journalists’ attendance at #SEJ2024 in Philadelphia.
Please help us support as many of the fellows as possible. Your $2800 donation will help cover the costs of registration, travel, lodging and other expenses of #SEJ2024 Diversity Fellowships. Your support will be acknowledged in a program ad and in communications about the #SEJ2024 Diversity Fellowships. Donate here.
If you cancel your ad, exhibit or reception in writing by March 1, 2024, you’ll receive a full refund. Substitutions are permitted.
If SEJ must cancel the onsite conference, SEJ will refund hospitality reception, program advertisers and exhibit table fees charged by SEJ. However, SEJ does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including costs of travel/lodging, catering, or cancellation fees imposed by third parties.
